Playground Workout-No Equipment Needed

I love circuits. I do, I do, I doooo. Time is money for most, and efficiency is key. If you've got lots of extra time to spend in the gym, absolutely get the proper program and take your time with it. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither will your dream body. It takes a lot of hard work, but in a world where time is limited, does that leave those people out in the cold from living a strong and healthy lifestyle? Absolutely not! Depending on the circuit, you can focus on muscle building, strength, all while burning a ton of calories. You'll see me doing circuits a bunch. Pull-Ups

Box Jumps

Push-Ups

You decide the reps. With a body weight circuit such as this, it's all about pushing yourself to a point that's difficult for you. That could be 5 reps, or 25 reps. Tailor this workout to what fits you and complete 3-5 rounds. At the end of the day, you don't need a bunch of fancy equipment to be fit.
